By adding a new source material, e.g. a voice note, you create a Knowledge Item in the app. It’s a catalog where you can attach more files and sources, building an organized set of information around a chosen topic.
The gathered materials become a base for running AI Assistants with different specializations. You decide what role each Assistant plays and what system instructions it follows. All results generated by it are saved in the catalog as Assistant Items.
Assistants can also be integrated with your work tools — thanks to this, processed information is automatically transferred, for example, to your CRM, project management tools, or other applications you use every day.

What is Voicie and who is it for?
Voicie is a knowledge management system that helps you capture, process, and integrate information. It is ideal for entrepreneurs, managers, salespeople, freelancers, and anyone who has frequent contact with clients in their work and wants to easily turn conversations and ideas into organized notes and concrete actions.
How to get an activation code to register with Voicie?
Access to the application is granted by invitation after receiving a special activation code. To receive it, you must sign up for the waiting list (waitlist) on our website. We send the codes in batches, according to the order of registration, which allows us to manage the infrastructure load and collect valuable feedback from our users.
How much does the full version of the Voicie app cost?
Currently, during the beta stage, access to the application and all its functionalities is free. To use it, you must provide your own API keys for OpenAI and DeepGram services. Thanks to this model, we transfer the costs of AI consumption to the user, which allows us to offer Voicie for free for the duration of the tests.
How much will the Voicie Bridge device cost?
The expected price of the Voicie Bridge device is a maximum of 99 USD. We are currently testing prototypes to ensure the highest product quality. We will soon inform those on the waiting list about the details of the pre-sale and the final price.
Do I need to have a Voicie Bridge device to use the app?
