Voicie Pro subscription terms

These terms apply to Voicie Pro plans and supplement the app terms. For purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds, they take precedence over conflicting provisions in the app terms.
Who provides the service
Voicie Pro features are provided by Voicie Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (Voicie P.S.A.), ul. Opolska 110, 31-323 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001193097, Polish tax ID 9452313558. For help with the app, contact hello@voicie.com.
Purchase and payment
For purchases on the website or in the desktop app, Paddle acts as the seller and Merchant of Record and collects payment under its buyer terms. For purchases in the iOS or Android app, Apple App Store or Google Play handles payment under that store’s terms.
Plan and trial
Voicie Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Both plans include a seven-day free trial that requires a payment method. The amount, currency, applicable taxes and first payment date are shown before you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid plan starts automatically.
Renewal and cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically each month or year, according to the plan you choose. You can cancel before the next payment. For Paddle purchases, use the “Manage subscription” link in the confirmation email or paddle.net. For mobile purchases, cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings. After cancellation, access continues through the paid period unless the seller’s terms provide otherwise.
Refunds and other terms
Paddle handles refunds for web and desktop purchases under its refund policy and applicable consumer rights. Apple or Google handles refunds for purchases made in the respective mobile app. The Voicie app terms govern use of the app itself. Existing Founder licences retain their original purchase terms.
